A Message for Soldiers and Policemen around the world

Funny-police-cartoon-resizecrop--This Christmas eve 2013 there is a message I would like to share with all the soldiers and policemen of the world. But before we get into the message, please allow me to take this opportunity to thank each and every soldier and policeman, irrespective of the country, city or system that you represent, for taking care of your people and helping justice prevail. It is because of your hard work and presence that many are able to live a peaceful life free from dangers, threats and tyranny. It is because of your commitment that many are able to operate freely and go about conducting  their just business’ everyday. Thank you and keep up the good work. Your people are proud of you.

But in these times of change, when people are waking up to the truth as it is, not as it is told to be, how awake are you as a soldier and a policeman of your people? How conscientious are you of the truth, the actual truth, not what is told to you and asked to be followed without questioning the authorities? How aware are you of the real reason why the wars are being waged and why people’s protests are being shut down? How knowing are you of the reality as it has been and as it is? How dedicated are you to fight for justice, the real, unbiased justice that stand in true light, not in the twilight of the laws made by the ones to protect their own interests? How willing are you to open your mind and re-examine what you have been told? How sensitive are you to the programming forced upon by the powers that control the system? How supportive are you of your people?

These are not just some questions that need answers. These are not just some points to make you think. These are not even some remarks about the current state of the world. No Sir! These are not for mere intellectual entertainment or for palatable debates either. These are just a few snippets of tips of the icebergs. The icebergs that a very small number of greedy, corrupt and powerful people have been keeping hidden, so they can operate as they please to meet their agenda while the rest of the world suffers even to afford bare minimum essentials of life like food, water, clothing and shelter. The icebergs that without people’s knowledge are slowly chipping away the very nerve centers of our planet’s life. The Icebergs that are depriving people of what they are entitles to. The list, of course, is very long, and the long list of negativity only goes to show the sad state of our world.

I guess the real question is, if the people in power really wanted to make the world a better place they would have already done it. For example: The world spent $1735 billion on wars in 2012 while it would have taken only $135 billion to totally eradicate poverty. I guess the real question is, if the people in power really wanted to punish the criminals and help the society they would have already done it. For example: Companies that embezzle or lead themselves to bankruptcy due to corruption, thus affecting several people’s lives, are being bailed out, and the ones responsible for such crimes are given a small sentence or a nominal fine to pay, while a simple person carrying cannabis is being imprisoned for several years.

Is this Justice? This is the real question you as a soldier and policeman need to ask yourself. Ask the question to your self, not the self that is programmed by the sociopolitical-economic system, not the self that is programmed and controlled by the military-financial-industrial complex, not the self that has been made to serve a system without questioning its ulterior motives, not the self that is conditioned to protect it’s own and immediate family and self. No sir! This question needs to be asked to one self as a HUMAN BEING, as a living being who is part of the planet and connected to every single creation on this planet, animate or inanimate. This question is for the human consciousness, the one created in the image of the creator. Remember, you are human first, before you are a soldier or a policeman.

It is up to you to find the answers. Don’t rely on the same system-of-controls for your answers. “Seek and ye shall find” said some of the great wise men of our times and before. All you need is a step in the right direction and you will find the truth and the way and the guidance to go about going forward. Once you are awake and stand in the true light of the truth and reality as it is, stay in your positions, do not leave, cause then you are in a position to wake up your fellow members. This way, one step at a time, you can tilt the balance and together you can serve justice in all its truth, with all your honesty.

I for one will say this, if the war is really just, then I will be happy to take up arms and be in the front line. But if the war is because we are opposing the retaliation of those who have had enough with our tyranny on them, then there is something wrong with that war. In that case, the war needs to be waged inside, because the enemy is within and not living in harmony with the world and its neighbors.
I for one will say this, if the protests are really anti-good and based on falsehood, then I will be happy to take the orders and work to thwart the ruckus. But if the protests are because the people are suffering, and raising their voices and opinions against injustice, tyranny and being taken advantage of, then there is something wrong if I work towards arresting those protestors. It becomes the duty of every policeman to protect the one fighting for justice.

It is up to you. In the end just remember these words of Francis of Assisi – “when you leave this earth you can take nothing of what you have received, but only what you have a given: a full heart, enriched by honest service, love, sacrifice, and courage.”

Also remember, one man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter.

Is Lord God of the old testament really an E.T.?

Esoteric school teaches us that Pride, Lust, Envy (jealousy), Anger (wrath), Sloth (laziness), Gluttony and Greed are the seven cardinal sins. Sin by definition is an immoral act considered to be a transgression against divine law. If jealousy and anger are one of the seven sins, and sin being against divinity, how then is the ‘Lord God’ in Bible’s Old Testament angry and jealous so many times? It is mentioned several times in the Tanach (old testament, or the Torah) about the lord god being wrathful and jealous and reacting out of it. Here are some examples.

(Exodus 20:4-5) “You shall not make for yourself an idol, or any likeness of what is in heaven above, or on the earth beneath, or in the water under the earth. You shall not worship them or serve them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God”.

A jealous God?

(Leviticus 10:1-2)And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which he commanded them not. And there went out fire from the LORD, and devoured them, and they died before the LORD.

For an error, god got so angry that he burned Aaron’s sons to death? And Aaron was not even supposed to mourn, else lord god’s wrath would come upon the whole community?

(Deuteronomy 9:19-20) Moses says, for I was afraid that the anger that the lord bore against you was so fierce that he would destroy you. But the lord listened to me that time. The lord was so angry with Aaron that he was ready to destroy him, but I interceded also on behalf of Aaron.

Lord god of the old testament seems to be short tempered and quick to anger.

The below example is even better.

In Exodus, after the people made calf out of gold and offered burnt offerings, lord god got angry and said to Moses, “I have seen this people, how stiff-necked they are. Now let me alone, so my wrath may burn hot against them and I may consume them.” Listening to this Moses ‘the mortal’ calms lord god ‘the almighty’ down, saying, (Exodus 32:12) “Why should the Egyptians say ‘It was with evil intent that he brought them out to kill them in the mountains, and to consume them from the face of the earth?’ Turn from your fierce wrath; change your mind and do not bring disaster on your people.” And the lord god changed his mind.

This example portrays god as losing his wisdom in anger and Moses had to give advice and impart wisdom to the lord god himself. Moses had to remind god that by destroying his people out of anger, god would not only get a bad name amongst the egyptians, but he would also be breaking his promise he made with Abraham about protecting his people. What kind of god is this lord god who needed to heed the advice of a mortal man?

From the above examples it seems like the lord god of the old testament is more like the greek gods, who were quick to anger and loved to show off their powers.

This begs the following questions: How is the fountainhead of divinity committing cardinal sins like anger, jealousy and even homicide? Or, is it OK to commit cardinal sins under certain circumstances and its validity is based on the committers rank? How can a God who is holy, just, loving, gracious, merciful, and long-suffering possibly be jealous? Why is the disposition of this god not in alignment with the qualities of God the father, the creator-of-all-things, as described in the vedas, or taught to us by Jesus ‘the christ’, Buddha, Ramakrishna, Shridi Sai Baba, and many other great masters?

The bigger question that stares at our face is really this. Is the lord god, mentioned in the old testament really not God the father, the creator of all things, but a hyper advanced being from a super advanced civilization from another dimension, (beings)who had such advanced technology and powers that they seemed godly to ancient men?
